Beatrice Flaig
Born in Africa and of French nationality, Beatrice Flaig was exposed to diverse cultures and a multitude of artistic venues. Her childhood environment was an artistic playground which allowed curiosity and the love for the arts to became part of her daily life. Her family moved to Florida where she received a B.S. from the University of Florida and a few years later pursuit a Master’s in Educational Leadership. Beatrice is presently an instructor of science in Palm Beach County, Florida and believes art belongs in every classroom. In fact, she loves teaching art as much as science. As an award winner at various Chalk events, Beatrice recently expended her participation to festivals throughout the Southeast. “Street Painting used to be a hobby and recently became an addiction.” “I enjoy large-scale art, bright colors, and interactions with the public.”
